This class and style of session is called Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a guided, mind and full-body relaxation meditation. "Non-meditaters" welcome!!

A Yoga Nidra class is a systematic method of complete relaxation, holistically addressing our physiological, neurological, and subconscious needs.

Janet Fitzgerald, an expert in energies, healing, psychology, compassion, and nutrition will be facilitating this workshop.
