First Step: Your Quote

It all starts with a call (Oakville, Burlington: (905) 827-9246, Toll Free: 1-877-659-COOL).  From there we will arrange an in-home consultation, where one of our expert comfort specialists will assess your home.  During the consultation our specialist will determine:

• Which type of air conditioner is right for your needs
• How big of an air conditioner you need
• The ideal installation site and method (bracket mount against your home, or cement pad on the ground)
• If there are any areas that may complicate the installation
• What else you are looking for, if anything

Our comfort specialists will then provide you an accurate quote that reflects your specific needs and home layout.

Step Two: Installation

Installation day- finally, you’re only a few hours away from a comfortable climate-controlled environment!

Our technician will arrive fully stocked and ready to go.  The installation itself will take anywhere from 4 – 8 hours, depending on the installation complexity and ease of access to the install area.  While we would like you to be home when the technician first arrives, you do not need to remain home if you are unable to.  As long as we have access to your furnace, electrical panel, and install area we will be able to get the work done.

Step Three: Post-Installation

Once the technician has completed the installation of your air conditioner, they will then walk you through the unit that was installed, operation, maintenance and what to expect moving forward. It is important that you understand this information so that you are completely comfortable with your new air conditioner. Often, the most important part of your air conditioner installation isn’t the air conditioner itself- it’s learning how to use it.
