Health as defined in the dictionary is the condition of being sound in body, mind or spirit. This is what Susan gives each and every one of us who participate in her classes, our individual HEALTH! Her enthusiasm is contagious and her knowledge goes beyond words. We are truly blessed to have such a wonderful person / instructor in our community. The addition of Zumba classes is fabulous. This coming from someone with two left feet!!! Thanks Susan for ALL you do, you truly are the best.

I am a huge fan of Susan Capone and Pilates Fitness. I have been attending classes for more than a year. I started with one class a week and before long I was attended 3 classes a week. I love the variety, the challenge and the fun with a lovely group of women. Susan is energetic and enthused and makes sure everyone is comfortable with the exercises. I really look forward to each class and feel like I'm in better shape mentally and physically. Keep up the great work Susan !.

As a retired physical and health educator I can't say enough about Susan Capone. I thought I would breeze through her pilates classes and they wouldn't be challenging enough for me. Was I ever wrong! Initially I was going to quit because I couldn't do pilates. However once I really started to listen to Susan the exercises started to get easier and I loved doing them. I've always had back issues but since I've started pilates they have dissappeared. Not only does Susan modify her classes for every level of participant she makes sure we perform each exercise correctly. She takes the time with new particpants to ensure they are safe and she continually challenges us veterens. I've taken many different classes from Susan and I always come away feeling invigorated. Susan is simply the best!

I tip my hat to Susan Capone for being the best instructor I've ever had the pleasure of exercising with. Be it Body Tone, Pilates or Zumba classes, Susan's contagious energetic attitude makes me want to try anything and everything she has to offer. Every class is a different routine and she always works a new muscle I never knew I had :) If I'm being completely honest, Zumba is my all-time favourite workout and I blame Susan for that! She's simply the BEST. 3

I have participated in all the classes offered by Pilates Plus Fitness since 2008. Susan Capone brings her expert knowledge and teaching skills to a varied clientele. She has shown us that fitness is not something that can be defined by numbers such as age, weight or dress size. Fitness is defined by mobility, stability and flexability. Once this is achieved, the numbers do not matter as much. The addition of the ZUMBA classes just add pure joy and celebration while enhancing the fitness experience. It is beautiful to see the smiles on everyones faces while they are sweating buckets.

I have attended Susan's classes for over a year now, I really look forward to going each week, we have so much fun, we laugh a lot, Susan shows us how to modify certain moves, it is such a great work out doing the Body Tone and Zumba classes, the music she chooses is great, very up beat and modern I feel so much better in myself for going to the classes and best of all its a different routine each week.

Five years ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Since then physical fitness has become very important to me. I have tried the gym and have had personal trainers. The Body Tone programme that Susan Capone offers has however been the Best! The combination of aerobics and weights is excellent. Every week the programme is different so it always targets different muscle groups. Susan also modifies the class so no one feels out of place. Her class is a GEM ,the best one I have found.

Susan Capone is a wonderful Pilates instructor! She structures the class to suit the age and ability of the people in the class. She has modifications and progressions so that everyone can be challenged. Susan gives specific instructions and makes sure the moves are being done correctly. Susan Capone is very knowledgeable in her trade. She helps us in every way she knows. Especially us older ladies, who have problems with shoulders and hips. She knows what kind on exercises is good for us and tells us how to do these exercises if we have a problem whit any part of our body. I get out of her exercise cession refreshed and energized. She has a wonderful attitude towards us and make us feel good about ourselves. She is very inovatrive and we all appreciate her enthusiasm, I hope she keeps doing this in Broockville for a long time, it is so convenient for all of us here in the countryside.

Being in the 70+ age bracket, I was hesitant to attend "Fitness", Pilates" or "Zumba" classes but learned about Susan's programme in September of 2011. I now attend 4 times a week and come away from each class completely exhilarated and always amazed at Susan's extensive repertoire of exercises, moves, steps, stretches etc.. She helps me with modifications that I need having had a total hip replacement. Susan is the ultimate professional; she explains the value of each move, continually stresses proper breathing...while she counts and performs each action along with us, and doesn't skip a beat or a breath! She is on the cutting edge of knowledge in this field , is very motivating and makes it fun! I feel so fortunatte to have the opportunity to attend Susan's classes and recommend her with the highest of regard.

I do believe that the 'social aspect' of this fitness program is probably the most important component. Some may not think so, but it truly is POWERFUL. In my many years in this industry and through my employment with the YMCA, I have found that the connections that people make with each other are an integral part of 'keeping good health'. So many friendships have developed from these classes. So many, many women have seen improvements in their health and have improved function of their bodies.

Susan is an amazing instructor! She knows and is attentive to everyone in the class, often incorporating exercises that she knows will benefit a certain person in particular. She is always taking classes and learning new things herself and bringing fresh perspectives to the class. Her energy is amazing; the classes have a wonderful flow to them, moving from great warm ups to more difficult moves and then to a healing cool down. Hey...I drive from Burlington to Brookville to take Pilates with her!

I have attended many different fitness classes and none compare to the excellent instruction provided by Susan Capone. She tells you how to do the exercises correctly, ensures that all parts of your body are covered and makes sure that the exercises are appropriate for each individual participant. I am an older member of the group of ladies that attend Pilates Plus Fitness classes. The Pilates and Body Tone classes have made a huge difference to my physical and mental fitness as well as stamina. I feel really guilty if I can't attend and the Zumba classes are the icing on the cake - so much fun, and excellent exercise. Susan's classes are high energy, but not high impact - any age welcome.

I have been attending the Pilates Plus Fitness classes for approximately three years and I have never felt better. I used to have a very sore left hip which caused me to limp. Since starting the classes this has gone away. My flexibility is much better and so is my balance. Susan is an excellent instructor who provides encouragement, feedback and helpful information to let you know you are on track. But the best part of the program is the group of women (and the odd guy) who are eachother's champions and cheerleaders. And there are no words for Zumba. You just have to try it. I would highly recommend this business. Come and see for yourself.
