MILTON, Ontario, 12/02/2012 - Now I'm offering 8 regular drop-in ZUMBA Fitness classes each week at The Dance Shoppe in Milton! My last ZUMBA Toning program was so popular I've decided to add a new class to my drop-in schedule! Get Fit and have fun with ZUMBA Fitness AND get toned all in the same class! Friend and fellow ZUMBA Fitness instructor Erryn Firth will be teaching this class which happens every Tuesday night from 8:30pm - 9:30pm at The Dance Shoppe (775 Main Street East - across from the GO Station). About Get Fit with ZUMBA Christine Heit founded Get Fit with ZUMBA and started offering ZUMBA Fitness classes in Milton Ontario in 2008. Christine lost 50 pounds with ZUMBA and portion control and decided to bring the joy of ZUMBA to Milton. Christine also offers ZUMBA Toning, ZUMBATOMIC and Family Fitness classes in Milton with fellow instructor, Erryn Firth.
