Accredited
Seniors Agent (ASA)
Many
mature buyers and sellers have unique requirements, inclusive of
needing knowledge of future housing options, transition to your next
home, taxation and estate regulations, and more.
I am patient.
Raising six children has perfected certainly this skill. I work
with individuals and their family to always put their needs first. I
am dedicated to protecting my clients best interests and negotiating
the best possible deals for my clients.
The professional
training and education I received earning the ASA designation, along
with my personal experiences, allows me to represent sellers, buyers,
and renters who need someone who understands their special
interests.
As the years go by, we often find that instead of
doing things, like changing our housing situation, by our choice, we
end up having to make changes due to circumstance. Making changes due
to circumstances is rarely the most satisfying way, nor does it
typically lead to the best solution.
Who
are you getting advice from, about your living situation?
Family,
friends, neighbours - they all mean well, and chances are they all
have differing opinions. This often leaves you feeling confused
about what is best for you, while you try to keep everyone else happy
too.
Well,
don't worry. I understand how you feel, and believe me when I
say that many others in your situation have felt the same way.
What they have found; however, is that having a knowledgeable
counsellor, such as anAccredited
Senior Agent,
on their side goes a long way towards relieving the stress. At
the same time, the ASAtraining
helps me assure your "advice-givers" that you are making
good choices for you.
